SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

This position’s primary focus will be to expand the reach of our CLIENT’S businessES, brandS, and online AUDIENCE by creating, distributing and curating engaging content for our audience through social media. The number one goal of this position is to find ways to THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX, repurpose PAST content to KEEP IT FEELING FRESH, AND attract and engage our CLIENT’S ideal audience so that they become PAYING customers.

This is a PART-time, LOS ANGELES BASED (OR WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE) REMOTE position that reports directly to our CEO, while also working closely with other key members of the team.WHILE THE DAY TO DAY WORK WILL BE REMOTE, THE TTM TEAM DOES MONTHLY IN PERSON MEETINGS TO GO OVER BIG PICTURE ITEMS AS WELL AS DISCUSS UPCOMING INITIATIVES.

Duties and Responsibilities

Our Social Media Coordinator will primarily be responsible for:

  • Social Media Brand Management: Acting as the brand voice for OUR BOOK OF CLIENTS across INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK by developing and executing a regular posting strategy, including creating and/or repurposing engaging content that establishes CLIENT presence as an authority, such as blog posts, videos, graphics, etc., designing the images and scheduling the posts.

  • Social Media Growth: Developing strategies to grow our CLIENT social media platforms both in customer engagement (comments, dialogue, sharing) and the numeric value (number of followers, friends).

  • Analytics: Constantly tracking and reporting on social analytics and metrics, making suggestions for improvement based on your findings in these reports. Measuring sentiment about CLIENT brandS, products, and services on the social web and responding accordingly.

  • Copywriting: Lots and lots of writing (EMAIL copy, SOCIAL media posts, and more!).

  • Research: Researching and staying up to speed on new social media marketing strategies and how we can use them to add value to our CLIENT’S audienceS.
